As a replacement, a valet, five-spot Car2Go auto sharing hub & bicycle parking area were provided. The downtown location required extensive planning and coordination to overcome the restricted staging area. While erecting the cast-in-place structure, field crews held daily meetings to coordinate sidewalk and lane closures as well as utilizing outrigger netting during vertical work to ensure the safety of the community. This project is Florida Green Building Certified.

The 16-story building was completely gutted to the shell and rebuilt with new framing, flooring, kitchens, and bathrooms. Additionally, the amenities and common areas were renovated, and the mechanical components were replaced. Crews remediated the structure by repairing the stucco and balcony slabs, restoring the handrails, and replacing the windows.
