Bill Breunig - Partner & Executive Vice President
Over 30 years overseeing all phases of multimillion-dollar construction projects, including high rise and mid-rise buildings, luxury condominiums, infrastructure, core and shell, corporate interiors, residential, educational, public, retail and health care projects. A seasoned veteran in cost reporting, client relations, contract negotiations, subcontractor selection and project scheduling. Over a decade working with one of New York’s premier builders, Plaza Construction Corp., managing more than $500 million in construction projects.
Gary Kerber - Partner & VP of Operations
Over 20 years in the construction industry from residential spec house development to large scale renovations and commercial build-outs. Licensed real estate broker with extensive knowledge of real estate and zoning law. Proficient at scaling construction companies through technology, managing schedules, coordinating, and overseeing vendors and subcontractors.
Julia Porter - Director of Finance
Head of financial strategies, construction accounting, financial management, and strategic planning. Works to ensure accurate forecasts for timeline, budget, and cost controls for all jobs. Updates and maintains accurate financial records, contracts, annual budgets, tax reports, and financial statements.
James Wrenn - VP of Client Relations
With a foundation built in the New York construction industry, James brings a deep understanding of relationship building and a unique perspective gained from both field and office experience. Starting as a carpenter and iron worker, he's progressed through estimating, sales, project execution, management, and close-outs. This comprehensive background enables him to provide a consultative approach, effectively bridging the gap between developers, specifiers, general contractors, and on-site teams. James excels at assessing project needs, selecting optimal vendors, and identifying value engineering solutions that maintain design intent while staying within budget, ensuring project success for all stakeholders.
Eric Forgione - Director of Estimating
Seasoned estimator in all types of building construction. Determines budgets & cost control techniques and provides cost evaluation for a myriad of projects. Responsible for the development of project budgets during the preliminary design phase in preconstruction consultation with the owner/client and architect. In addition, provides value engineering techniques, and cost evaluation throughout design development to final bid documents.
Todd Cox - General Superintendent & Site Safety
20 years of construction project experience from planning to completion including government/military projects. As General Superintendent he is responsible for leading the overall team of superintendents in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures regarding safety, scheduling, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction. Ensures day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and their subcontractors to maintain the highest work quality possible.
